1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale apply strictly to all product sales made by EasyStepBalancin to individuals, companies or other entities. Any order placed with the store necessarily implies, as an essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day the corresponding order is placed.
2. Prices
Prices are published in Euros and are valid unless there is a typographical error. The applicable prices are those shown on the website on the date of the order. Prices do not include VAT or shipping costs, which will be detailed during the purchase process.
3. Shipping and Delivery Times
Purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. A delay in delivery relative to the indicated timeframes shall not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
4. Returns
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to allow a 14-day period for returning the product from the date of receipt, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
