EasyStepBalancin, as Data Controller, informs you that, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we will process your data as set out in this Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of Processing

We maintain a commercial relationship and send communications about our agility products. The processing operations envisaged are:

• Processing orders, requests or any type of petition made by the user through any of the contact channels available to them.
• Sending commercial advertising communications by email, SMS, social communities or any other electronic or physical medium.

3. Data Retention Criteria

Data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure pseudonymisation or total destruction of the data.
